In 1999 Don founded and grew a successful publishing company and print magazine in the Sports niche by bringing together writers, readers, and enthusiasts. It quickly came to be regarded as the go-to guide for thousands.
He has been named; ‘The Tow Evangelist’ as he spreads the word about the industry he loves. To date, he’s written three books: “How To Make Money In The Towing Business”, “How To Price Your Towing Services And Profit”, and “3 Steps For Turning Price Shoppers Into Cash Customers”, as well as hundreds of articles on his blog and elsewhere.
From 2012 to 2017 Don was a member of American Towman Magazine Editorial Board, in 2015 he was promoted to Midwest Field Editor. He’s also a regular contributor to Tow Industry Week online, where you can find 100’s of his published articles.

Cheryl grew up in the towing business. At the age of 13 she was dropped into the job of answering the phone and dispatching her father’s small 3 truck towing business. Only her second job- first being babysitting- she fit right in and took control.
